This 1 night 2 day package includes a stay at Saika-an, a beautifully renovated 130 year old residence in the center of Maizuru. On the second day, guests will visit Tore Tore Center, the largest indoor fish market on the Sea of Japan and only a 5-minute bicycle ride away from the accommodation (bicycles provided upon request). Its also a comfortable walk away, and together with a guide you will tour the market and learn how fishmongers discern fish, and see a wide variety of freshly caught fish. There is also the opportunity to order and have fish prepared fresh to eat in the market.
