Tore Tore Center is an indoor fish market with souvenir shops and multiple restaurants all in one place. It has a very large parking lot and is about a 10 minute walk (800m) from the Maizuru International Port (where cruise ships dock). The markets sell fresh seafood daily as well as seafood that is prepared on the spot for customers to enjoy at an indoor table. For those who prefer fare other than seafood, there are a couple of restaurants and food stalls that offer other options (such as noodle dishes, tempura, etc.) The Center is worth a stop for those interested in seeing a Japanese fish market. It is a great place to take pictures of daily catches and some impressive looking fish.
