Local Sushi Delicacy, Barazushi Making Experience
Barazushi is a lasagna-looking sushi dish, and a signature of the Tango Region. Come to Centrale Hotel Kyotango and learn about the history of this dish while making your own. All the ingredients are prepared ahead of time, including the star of the dish, mackerel crumbles. The ingredients can be substituted for an equally delcious vegetarian option as well (just let them know when reserving).
